Good article from Chris Bennett about some of the mistakes companies make in the name of reputation management. "If you go about Reputation Management with a systematic approach with no room for adjustment or ramping up, then you will get stuck more often than not."

This is an excellent article!  I tried to comment on the blog, but after typing my comments and hitting "submit", I was informed that comments were closed.  Odd.
